SHIPPING TIME

For U.S. and Canada orders, it usually takes 5-8 business days for economy delivery and 2-5 business days for express delivery.

For international orders, it usually takes 7-21 business days for economy delivery and 6-10 business days for express delivery.

Timeframes for standard and express delivery options are in business days (Mon-Fri). Delivery time may vary during busy periods and weather situations.

Please note HOLO LOKA is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers. These may occur during the peak volume periods, extreme weathers or unknown subjective factors. In addition, pre-order items are subject to varying shipping times. We appreciate your patience with us!

SHIPPING COST

For U.S. deliveries we offer free economy shipping for orders over $100. For orders less than $100, the economy shipping fee is $9.99. You can estimate the shipping fee in the shopping cart by entering the state and zip code. We also offer express shipping for $19.99.

For Canada deliveries the economy shipping fee is $19.99 and $29.99 for the express shipping. We currently do not offer free shipping for Canada orders.

For international deliveries the shipping fee is $49.99. Express shipping is available at $89.99. We currently do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of HOLO LOKA control. HOLO LOKA is not responsible for these fees. If you can't see any taxes at checkout, please make sure to confirm with our team prior to purchase should you believe you have taxes to pay.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details at the moment you complete your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of the tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You cannot modify the order information (e.g. new size/color) once the order is placed. But you can always return the products within 14 days of delivery. If you request a change on delivery information (e.g. address, name) within 24 hours, we may be able to change that. However, our packing team processes and packs orders usually within 48 hours to ensure your new favorite items arrive in time, so if your order has been processed, we cannot change details. In very rare cases an order can be cancelled by us. You will receive a cancellation email from us explaining the reason. Cancellation normally could be due to two reasons: 1) the item(s) purchased is unexpectedly out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your purchase 2) there is an issue with your payment and we are not able to complete your transaction.
